🌸 Who We Are / 私たちについて 🌸

【 JapaNichijou ジャパ日常】is a friendly and vibrant community where people from around the world gather in VRChat to enjoy learning Japanese.
The name comes from combining “Japan” and the Japanese word “Nichijou” (everyday life).
It reflects our hope that learners can enjoy studying Japanese as part of their daily life.
We strive to provide interactive lessons, games, and activities that make practicing Japanese both fun and immersive.
Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where learners of all levels can freely explore the language and Japanese culture, and connect with others who share the same passion.
This community is supported by the dedication and efforts of our volunteer members.

【JapaNichijou ジャパ日常】は、世界中の人々がVRChatの中で集まり、日本語を楽しく学べる、フレンドリーで活気あるコミュニティ作りを目指しています。
名前の由来は、「日本」の英語「Japan」と「日常」の日本語を組み合わせたものです。
日常の中で楽しく日本語を学んでほしいという想いが込められています。
私たちは、常に日本語の練習を楽しく、没入的に体験できるよう、インタラクティブなレッスンやゲーム、アクティビティの提供に努めています。
私たちの目標は、すべてのレベルの学習者が日本語や日本文化を自由に探求し、同じ情熱を持つ仲間とつながれる、温かく居心地の良い空間をつくることです。
このコミュニティは、ボランティアメンバーの熱意と努力によって支えられています。

— Japanese Learning Meetups

We host Japanese learning meetups twice a week.
Everyone from beginners to advanced learners can join and enjoy studying and practicing Japanese together.

私たちは週に2回、日本語学習のミートアップを開催しています。
初心者から上級者まで、どなたでも参加でき、一緒に日本語を学び、練習を楽しむことができます。

— Cultural Exchange Events

We organize cultural exchange events.
We celebrate traditional Japanese customs like the Moon Viewing Festival, cherry blossom viewing, and summer festivals.

私たちは文化交流イベントを開催しています。
お月見、花見、夏祭りなど、日本の伝統的な行事を一緒に楽しみながらお祝いします。

We create VRChat worlds inspired by Japanese life and culture.
Our goal is to design spaces where anyone can experience Japan’s everyday life virtually.

私たちは、日本の生活や文化に触発されたVRChatワールドを制作しています。
誰でも日本の日常を仮想空間で体験できるような空間をデザインすることを目標としています。

We create a variety of mini-games.
They are designed to help learners enjoyably and interactively pick up Japanese.

We connect people from around the world.

We take part in global events like Vket and PJKT, creating worlds and collaborations that share the beauty of Japanese culture with people around the world.

🌸 How to Participate / 参加方法 🌸

Through Our VRChat Group / VRCグループから

When it’s time for an event, learners gather through the JapaNichijou VRChat Group’s dedicated instance, and we host activities in our community world.
イベントの開催時間になると、JapaNichijouのVRChatグループ専用インスタンスに学習者が集まり、コミュニティワールド内でイベントを行っています。

Through Our Discord Server / Discordサーバーから

Our Discord server connects members for planning projects and preparing events.
It’s also a space where we ask questions, share helpful tips, and exchange knowledge about learning Japanese.
メンバー同士がつながり、企画の相談やイベント準備を行っています。また、日本語学習に関する質問をし合ったり、役立つ知識やコツを共有したりしています。

Discord Server

🌸 Event Information / イベント情報 🌸

Regular events are held on Saturdays at 9:00 AM and Sundays at 11:00 PM Japan Time.
The second Saturday and third Sunday of each month are special “Game Days.”
The newly introduced beginner-friendly events, the Hiragana Class and Katakana Class, are held at different times for each session.

通常のイベントは、日本時間の土曜日午前9時と日曜日午後11時に開催されています。
第二土曜日と第三日曜日は「ゲームの日」として特別なイベントを行います。
新しく開催された初心者向けイベント「ひらがなクラス」と「カタカナクラス」は、毎回日時が異なります。
